Consent to receive newsletters

I agree that HATVANI GYÓGYGYSZERTÁR Betéti Társaság (registered office: 22. Lehel u., Debrecen 4032; company registration number: 09-06-0051416, tax number: 22873512-2-09—hereinafter referred to as the „Company”), as the data controller, may process my personal data under the provisions of this notice.

 

I acknowledge that the Company may send me newsletters based on this declaration. I can subscribe to the newsletter-sending service by accepting and signing the consent prior to data processing. To send the newsletter, the Company may process my personal data recorded in its data management register only in accordance with my consent, until its revocation, and may disclose it to third parties only with my prior consent.

 

I may withdraw my consent to receive the newsletter free of charge at any time, without restriction or giving any reason.

 

In this case, the Company shall at once delete all my personal data from its records and no longer send me any newsletters. I can unsubscribe from the newsletter service by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address of the Company (info@hatvanipatika.hu) or to the postal address of the Company (HATVANI GYÓGYSZERTÁR Betéti Társaság, 22 Lehel u., Debrecen 4032).

Legal Basis for Data Processing:

 

REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation); especially, Article 6(1)(a) on the Data Subject’s consent to the processing of personal data for specified purposes.

 

Retention Period: until the end of the period of the newsletter sending service or until the withdrawal of the consent by the Data Subject.

 

Recipients of Data Processing: the Company’s customer service staff and the Company’s IT specialist involved in processing by data controller and/or processing by data processor are entitled to access the personal data of persons subscribing to our newsletter service to the extent justified by their duties and responsibilities, under obligations of confidentiality.

 

Method of Data Processing: The Company’s data processing complies with the data protection requirements of the GDPR.

 

The Company may transfer personal data only under the conditions and with the guarantees provided by law.

The data processor shall cooperate with the data controller in the sending of the newsletters in the manner specified in a written contract, and to this end may process the names and email addresses of subscribers to the newsletter to the extent necessary for sending the newsletter, until the Data Subject requests to unsubscribe or demands deletion of their data.

 

My rights regarding the processing of my personal data:

 

  • request information on how my personal data is processed
  • request feedback on whether my personal data is being processed
  • request the correction or amendment of my personal data without undue delay, or the completion of incomplete data
  • object to the processing of my personal data and request the deletion („erasure”) and blocking of my personal data (except for mandatory processing)
  • appeal to the courts and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (https://www.naih.hu/panaszuegyintezes-rendje.html), and initiate an investigation.

If I am a foreign national, I can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of my place of residence.

Before I take my complaint to the supervisory authority or the courts, I also consult the Company to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

The Company is obliged to provide me, upon my request, with information about

  • the data processed and controlled by the Company, or where a data processor is commissioned, by the data processor,
  • their source,
  • the purposes and legal basis of the processing,
  • the period of processing or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining this period,
  • the name, address and activity of the processor in relation to the processing,
  • the circumstances and effects of data breaches and the measures taken to respond to and prevent them,
  • the legal basis and the recipient when my personal data are transferred.
